His participation opened him up to work with director Julius Berg for Netflix's « The Forest » and director Julien Lacombe on « Missions » for which he won the second price at the 2018 Jerry Goldsmith Awards.
In 2018 Etienne's interest for both classical music and modern production has attracted the attention of QUAD TV producer Iris Bucher and director Jean Marc Moutout for their TV series « Victor Hugo Enemy of the State » for which he was nominated both at the 2019 UCMF Awards and at the 2019 Jerry Goldsmith Awards.
